Arthur is originally from Georgia and comes from a family with a military tradition, which shaped his disciplined approach to security and risk management. He graduated with honors from the Baku Higher Combined Arms Command School, specializing in security analysis and strategic operations, and served until 1993, achieving the rank of Captain.

With over 30 years of experience, Arthur has developed extensive expertise as a consultant specializing in property investigation and due diligence for public and private sector clients across Central America and the United States. Since 1994, he has been based in Costa Rica, where his deep understanding of the local business, cultural, and legal environments supports thorough risk assessments, security planning, and regulatory compliance. Fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, Georgian, and Armenian, Arthur’s multilingual skills enhance his ability to operate effectively in diverse settings, providing trusted and comprehensive security consulting.
